How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for all orders over $80.00.

For orders under $80.00 shipping is a flat rate of $9.95.  Express shipping is available at $14.95.  

We find eParcel from Australia Post is the most efficient and reliable service available, and it allows you to track your order online. Your order will be covered by insurance during the delivery process, so that if it is lost in the post or damaged during transit, you will be completely covered.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed, Monday to Friday, with Australia Post shipping typically taking three to four business days to arrive in all states except Western Australia, which we have found can take up to five days. You will be able to track your order online, using the Express Post system, which will provide live updates of your orders progress.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

Somebody must be at the delivery address to sign for the delivery. If nobody is there to sign for delivery, the parcel will be taken to the nearest post office for collection and a notification card will be left for you.
